I was saving these photos for a clever little post about the all the good and bad/ pros and cons/ ups and downs about our move to Dubai. I changed my mind. Although we have experienced our ups and downs. Today I'm just happy we have each other.
I love the way she looks at him and laughs at him. I love that he enjoys making her laugh and worries when she cries. I love that they are learning to share more and play more- together. I love that they were meant to be together. I love that we have each other.
so cute! Is Ivy the same size as Asher?! Just kidding. I am glad you guys have each other, too - but I wish we all had each other. It is always scary to move somewhere that you don't know anyone, but if anyone can make it work - it is you.

ReplyDeleteYes, Ivy is quite the chunk- although diapers aren't too flattering. I haven't done the conversions but as of their last appt. Ivy weighs 11 kgs and Asher weighs 14.5. Ivy certainly feels heavy especially since she's not walking yet. Anna, I'm thinking you may be posting similar pics of your little one, I saw those rolls and I remember Grant's chicken legs. Gotta love genetics.
ReplyDeleteI too am glad that you have eachother, and glad that we (the Clason fam) have you! You are amazing and those kids... well the are just adorable!
ReplyDeleteLooks like the kids are having a blast exploring there new home. We miss you guys back here in Boston. Our MIT softball league starts next week and we won't have either captain John or the #1 fan Asher! Tell him his old friend Patrick says hi. I can't wait to figure out a way to head over there and visit. Good luck with the move into the new house!
ReplyDeleteYour kids are beautiful. I can't wait to see them again. Tell Asher Uncle Jordan misses him very much (and Harrison and me too!)
ReplyDeleteI love those pictures! So colorful ... they need to be framed just like you have them. Having each other is how we've gotten through the rough times. That and trying to find something to celebrate occasionally along the way. Good job finding a "house!" What an adventure!
ReplyDeleteI think it's so cool that you guys are living the life you are living! Your kids will benefit in amazing ways!! :)
ReplyDeleteREALLY--Where do you get those CUTE sun hats and get them to stay on her head?!!
ReplyDeleteI agree, I agree, I agree. I love the pictures and more than anything I love your optimism and grateful attitude. It urges me to be a better, more grateful, happy person. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Brian&Veronica that I love your optimism.
